we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 14 days of purchase. See below for exceptions.

Bomnal has a 14-day return policy for most item, though some exceptions apply, such as for item that have been worn, altered, or are part of special order. 

While online shipping fee is $9.99 plus tax, where applicable, from your return.

Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fee are non-returnable.
